01 Who we are

02 Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide — such as your name, email address, company, and any details you submit when you subscribe, request information, contact us, or describe a task in our automation tools.
• Automation inputs — the prompts, descriptions, and business information you enter into our tools (for example, the Automation Blueprint generator). Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal data of third parties through these tools.
• Usage and device data — collected automatically, including IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions, via cookies and similar technologies.

03 How we use your information

• To operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and our products.
• To respond to your requests and communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• To generate outputs you request (including AI-assisted automation blueprints) and to analyze and improve those features.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

04 Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service and securing it against abuse; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time, for example for non-essential cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations.

05 Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and, with your consent where required, for analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used; Google may set cookies and process usage data (including a truncated IP address) as an independent processor/controller under its own terms. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can control cookies through your browser settings or any consent banner presented on the Service.

06 How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of AmeriGA™, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

07 International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

08 Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

09 Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may request access to and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” — note that we do not sell personal data. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 13. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11 Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
